Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Available products: Orders for products that are currently in stock may be canceled at any time before the order is shipped.
- Made-to-order products: Orders for products made by order may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled as production may have already started.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return procedure.
