Shipping Policy
At METMOD, we aim to make every order as simple and smooth as possible. Please find our current delivery information below.
Delivery within Armenia
Delivery across Armenia is free of charge.
- Yerevan: Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours.
- Other regions of Armenia: Delivery usually takes 1–3 days.
- Our delivery service operates between 14:00 and 20:00.
The above delivery times apply to products that are already available and ready for shipment at METMOD.
Orders with made-to-order products
Some products are made to order and require additional preparation time.
For made-to-order products, the product will be prepared by the brand within the agreed production period. The shipping period begins after the product has been completed and is ready for shipment.
If an order contains both available and made-to-order products, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they would prefer to receive the available products first or receive the complete order together once all products are ready.
International Shipping
We offer standard international shipping for a flat fee of $30.
- International orders are shipped via HayPost.
- Estimated delivery time is 15–25 days from the date the order is shipped.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping information, including your tracking number.
Please note that international shipping times are estimates and METMOD cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Customs, taxes and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. METMOD is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other charges applied by the destination country.
Delivery Issues
Orders within Armenia
If there is an issue with delivery, such as an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or another delivery-related problem, please contact us. We will do our best to coordinate with the customer and delivery service and find the smoothest possible solution.
International orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an issue occurs during international delivery, METMOD will assist the customer where possible and, depending on the situation, coordinate with HayPost or the relevant delivery service.
HayPost also notes that delivery can be affected by incomplete or incorrect address information, the recipient being unavailable, customs requirements, or other circumstances outside the postal operator’s control.
Important Information
Orders can be placed at any time. Processing and delivery are handled during our regular working hours.
For international orders, the availability of shipping to a particular destination may depend on the current services and restrictions of HayPost and the destination country. If shipping to your country is not currently available, we will contact you after receiving your order.
