No. METMOD is currently an online platform and does not have a physical store. All orders can be placed through our website.

METMOD presents jewelry and accessories by Armenian brands and independent designers who create and work in Armenia. We bring together contemporary Armenian design and creative work in one platform.

Jewelry and accessories do not come with a standard warranty. However, if you experience a problem with a jewelry piece, please contact us. We will review the issue and do our best to offer an individual solution.

Watches come with a 1-year warranty, provided that the issue was not caused by external factors, improper use, or accidental damage.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Idram, American Express, ArCa, and METMOD gift cards.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

Yes. We offer delivery throughout Armenia and worldwide shipping.

Delivery within Armenia:

• Free delivery throughout Armenia
• Delivery in Yerevan: usually within 1 day
• Delivery to other regions: 1–3 days

Worldwide delivery:

• Standard international shipping: $30
• International orders are shipped via HayPost
• Delivery usually takes 15–25 days, depending on the destination

You can place an order at any time through our website.

Orders are processed and delivered between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Orders within Yerevan are usually delivered within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Orders to other regions of Armenia are usually delivered within 1–3 days.

Yes, but the cancellation period depends on the type of product.

• Available products: you can cancel your order at any time before the order is shipped.
• Made-to-order products: you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
